Meteorologist, graduated at the Institute of Astronomy, Geophysics and Atmospheric Sciences (IAG) of the University of São Paulo - Brazil, having worked in the field of paleoclimatology and synoptic meteorology during undergraduation. During the course, also developed research activities in the field of paleoclimatology based on the application of oxygen isotope in modern speleothems (last 100 years) from the State of MS - Brazil in reconstituting paleoprecipitation. Developed scientific / technical internships for one year in the laboratory of stable isotopes of the Geosciences Institute of the University of São Paulo in which conducted analyses of isotopic δ18O δ16O in different samples. Developed a internship in a weather forecast company in which was responsible for climatic forecasts, especially for agricultures, and also for short-term forecasts to media (newspapers, TV, radio, etc). Currently, develops along with the National University of Ireland (NUIG) and the International Center of Tropical Agriculture (CIAT), a Master?s Degree in the CCAFS program - Climate Change Agriculture and Food Security in which studies teleconnection patterns and its influence on northern Colombia in order to integrate regional weather forecasting into agro-climatic risk assessment and management tools for improved decision-making and climate-proofing for farmers in Latin America.
