PoupeMais: financial education using mobile phones

Abstract

This research project aims to evaluate the impact of financial education initiatives on consumer decisions, credit and savings, primarily on the target audience of the National Strategy for Financial Education programs (ENEF) - children and young people enrolled in primary and in high school, retirees with incomes of up to two minimum wages and women beneficiaries of the Bolsa Família Program (Programa Bolsa Família).
